The Ilco Orion Super Rigel is a step up from the Rigel. Ideal for cutting large quantities of keys at any busy locksmith or key cutter. It differs from the normal Rigel as it has 2 speeds. One for cutting brass keys and the other to cut steel cuts, as the optimum speed. Like the Rigel it is also semiautomatic. Unlike the standard Rigel, this model has for sided jaws to enable easier cutting of smaller cylinder keys. The machine also includes a light and deburring brush. Easy to use due to its spring loaded carriage. Very robust enabling the cutting of large volumes of keys. Deburring brush can be operated by a separate button. 4 sided jaws. 2 Speed motor for optimum cutting of brass and steel keys. The ITL 950C is ideal for the automotive and/or mobile locksmith. Each unit is preloaded with codes from major car manufacturers and is equipped with an asymmetric cutter for close-to-the-shoulder cuts. It works well, too, as a general use machine since non-car codes such as Marks USA, CISA, Schlage, Abus, Weiser...etc are also included. As well, it will cut Medeco keys with a switch to a symmetric cutter.

All precision parts used in our machines are manufactured at automatic CNC workbenhces. Moulded sections are of corrosive and deformation resistant sphero cast iron, and deformation resistant sphero cast iron, and the body is of quality pig iron and aluminium alloy. The blades are manufactured from 3343- super rapid material. All metal parts are applied a thermal processing and grinding. The lighting at our machines provide comfortable working codition. Our machines through a grasping capability in clambing car keys at the channel, provide a 100 precision. By way of a zero corruption risk through the movable vice at the trashed key section, the center of the key is securely clamped thus providing a 100 precision. By the utilization of a wire brush at our machines three individual motors at our machines are capable to be operated as separate unit. The blades are manufactured from 3343 - super rapid material. All metal parts are applied a themal processing. Vice jaws are mavaluble up to an angle of +45-45 thus providing an easy aplication and acces to any keys.
By means of a madreal, it is posible to operate with any blades beatween 0,8 mm.
